Secure Digital Scan-Backs
Need digital copies for your records or immediate email delivery to a third party? After our in-person signing is complete, CSC Solutions will securely scan and transmit your executed documents as a high-quality, multi-page PDF directly to your email.
Mobile Scan-Back $20.00
PRICE LIST:
Acknowledgments - $10 per signature
Verifying the identity of the signer and confirming they are signing the document willingly.
Jurats (Verifications on Oath / Affirmations)- $10 per signature
Administering a sworn oath or affirmation that the contents of the document are true.
Witnessing / Attesting Signatures- $10 per signature
Observing the physical signing of a document
Copy Certifications- $10 per signature
Certifying that a reproduction of a tangible record is an authentic , exact copy of the original
Provided Witness by Notary Fee: $40 per witness
This fee covers the witness(es) that are provided by the notary for your appointment,if witnesses are not already available
Mobile Fees
As I bring the notary office straight to your location from Elkhart County, a travel fee is applied to all mobile appointments in addition to the per-signature notary fee. For extended travel beyond 50 miles, an additional $0.725 per mile will be calculated and added round-trip, based on the current IRS standard business mileage rate.
0 to 15 Miles: $35.00
16 to 30 Miles: $45.00
