Appointment & Document Review
We'll begin with a scheduled in-person appointment where we will review your documents to confirm they are eligible for an apostille. If notarizations required, we'll take care of that during the appointment.
Notarization (if applicable)
As a Certified Notary Public, we will ensure this step is handled correctly and legally before submission.
State Verification
Once prepared, your documents are submitted to the Indiana Secretary of State to obtain the official apostille certification.
Processing & Return
Standard Mail-In Service: Typically takes 5-10 business days
Expedited Hand-Carry Service: Available upon request for faster turnaround (addtional fees apply). Documents will be returned directly returned to you or to a specified recipient.
