What do I need to bring?

What if I need witnesses?
If your document requires witnesses, you are responsible for providing them. If you don't have any available, I may be able to assist for an additional fee orhelp you explore other options.

Is remote notarization legal?
Yes! Remote Online Notarization (RON) is legal in Indiana and allows for secure, valid notarization by video.

Where will we meet?
I will meet you at a space that is most convenient for you and a space you are comfortable with whether it be your home, a public library, or a coffee shop!

Wedding Officiant Services

Do you file marriage license?
Yes! After the ceremony, I will ensure your signed license is submitted to the appropriate clerk's office for the Timeless Touch and Signature Vow Packages. For the Simply Said package, this service is available as a $50 add-on.

Are we responsible for paying for the marriage license itself?
Yes. The state marriage license fee must be paid separately to the county clerk. This fee is not included in any CSC Solutions officiant package.

Can we write our own vows?
Absolutely! I encourage personal vows and also offer writing support as an add-on.

Do you travel?
Yes. I travel to St. Joseph county, Elkhart county, surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for longer distances.

Yes. I offer guidance and solutions for out-of-state apostille requests. In most cases, I will help locate a qualified notary or apostille provider in the required state using trusted directories such as the National Notary Association's network.

Do you offer mailing or courier return options?
Yes. Documents can be securely returned to you via mail or in person, depending on your needs.
